The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LT ) is to inform the Mayor and Commission of the motion passed
by the Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board at its meeting on January 10, 2018:
MOTION 1:
The Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board motions that when a member is removed from the board
due to absences, that the City send a letter to the Mayor and City Commission to advise them of the removal.
