2011-27790 Reso RESOLUTION NO.' 2011-27790 , A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MAYOR MATTI HERRERA BOWER TO PARTICIPATE AS A VOTING MEMBER OF THE METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION FOR MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND SERVE IN THIS APPOINTED CAPACITY.
