'Canvassing Board for the November 13,2001 Runoff Election, if
Runoff Election is required, will meet as follows:
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2001 AT 10:00 a.m. in the City
Manager's Large Conference Room, City Hall, 4th floor, 1700
Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida. The purpose o~
this meeting is to establish Criteria for acceptance by the
Canvassin~ Board of absentee ballots.
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2001 AT 2:30 p.m. at the Stephen R
Clark Center; 111 N.W. =lst Street, Suite :1910, Miami, Florida,
Office of the Supervisor of Elections to publicly perform the logic
and accuracy test of the program and equipment to be used to
tabulate precinct and absentee ballots.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2001 AT 5:00 p.m. the Canvassing
Board shall meet at the Stephen R Clark Center, 111 N.W. 1st
Street, Suite 191 O, Miami, Florida, Off ce of the Supervisor of
Elections a0d shall: 1. Begin the Canvassing of absentee ballots;
and 2 Conduct a precount log c and accuracy test,. precinct and
absentee ballot tabulation and a postcount logic and accUr~c~
