SHORE/WASHINGTON AVENUE AREAS
This Amendment No. 2 to the above subject Contract is made and entered into this

Florida (City), and Superior Landscaping and Lawn Services, Inc.(Contractor), and
hereby amends the contract as follows:
1. To install new landscaping throughout The Miami Beach Convention Center
(MBCC) in a negotiated not-to-exceed amount of$145,876.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Contract to be
executed by their appropriate officials, as of the date first entered above.
