*Note: For comfort and accessibility,the room capacity is limited to between 40-50 seats. See room layout
information for more details. Any request to change the current room configuration must be made for a
fee with Property Management at least 48 hours in advance.
Booking Procedures
12. A completed and signed copy of this form must be provided to the OBPI Department
Organizational Development Division, prior to scheduling training. Additionally, all
i requests to access the room must be made a minimum of one week in advance; also,
no phone reservations will be accepted. It is highly recommended that all
departments/divisions familiarize themselves with the OBPI Training Room Utilization
Policy.
13. The OBPI Organizational Development Division handles scheduling of the OBPI
training room on the 3rd floor of 1755 Meridian Avenue, In order to reserve the OBPI
training room, you are required to complete an OBPI Training Room Reservation
Request form and submit same to email: leslierosenfeld @miamibeachfl.gov. Please
provide as much lead-time as possible as the rooms are in much demand.
14. The OBPI training room is available for use Monday through Friday between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. The room is available after 5:00 p.m. with
Director/ACM approval.
15. Rooms will be reserved on a first come/first serve basis with priority given to citywide
training classes.
16. Any department seeking access to either training room must first participate in a
mandatory training session to understand how to use the Audio Visual equipment,
blinds, and SMART Board (if applicable).
17. Once all forms are received, OBPI staff will check room availability. Should the room
