RE: Final Notice of Late Reports.
Dear Mr. Diaz:
This letter is to inform you that we have not received the following Campaign Reports
for North Beach Neighbors Alliance: 2016-M1(due February 10, 2016); 2016-G1 (due
February 19, 2016); and 2016-G2 (due March 4, 2016). Please be advised that the next
Campaign Report 2016-G3 is due on March 11, 2016.
Pursuant to Florida Statutes §106.07(8)(d) and §106.07(8)(9), the appropriate filling
officer shall notify the Florida Elections Commission of the repeated late filing by a
candidate or political committee, the failure of a candidate or political committee to file a
report after notice, or the failure to pay the fine imposed. The commission shall
investigate only those alleged late filing violations specifically identified by the filing
officer and as set forth in the notification.
Please mail all due Campaign Reports to the Office of the City Clerk at 1700
Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139 by March 28, 2016. Failure to
submit all due Campaign Reports by that date will result in this office notifying the
Florida Elections Commission of the non-compliance.
