Exhibit E Assessment MethodologiesEXHIBIT "E" ASSESSMENTMETHODOLOGIES The following assessmentmethodologies (i.e., formulas) shallapplytopropertieswithinthe proposedspecialassessmentdistrict: 1. PropertywithLincolnRoadfrontage Properties thatfrontLincolnRoad shallbe assessed atthe rateoftwo dollars ($2.00) per squarefootofthelotsize, basedonthesizeofthegroundflooronly. 2. PropertywithoutLincolnRoadfrontage Propertiesthatdo not frontLincolnRoad shallbe assessedatthe rateof twenty cents ($0.20) persquarefootofthelotsize, basedonthesizeofthegroundflooronly. 3. Propertyownedoroccupiedbyareligiousinstitution Property ownedoroccupied byareligiousinstitutionandusedasaplaceofworshipor educationshallbeexcludedandexemptedfromtheproposedspecialassessmentdistrict. Section 170.201(2) defines "religiousinstitution" asanychurch, synagogue, orotherestablished physicalplaceforworshipatwhichnonprofitreligiousservicesandactivitiesareregularly conductedandcarriedon. Ifanyportionofapropertyownedbyareligiousinstitutionisnotused asaplaceof worship oreducation, thatportionofthepropertyshallnotbeexcludedor exemptedfromtheproposedspecialassessmentdistrict. 4. Propertyownedbyacondominiumassociation Anycommonareasownedbycondominiumassociationsandlocatedonthegroundfloorofa condominiumshallbeexcludedandexemptedfromtheproposedspecialassessmentdistrict. Thefollowingpropertyaddressesincludecommonareasownedbycondominiumassociations andlocated on the groundfloor: 401LincolnRoad, 605LincolnRoad, 663-667LincolnRoad, 918-922LincolnRoad, and1680MichiganAvenue. 5. 408LincolnRoadand1110LincolnRoad With respectto408LincolnRoad and1110LincolnRoad, thespecialassessmentshallbe calculatedbasedonthesquarefootageofonlythatportionofpropertythatliesnorthofLincoln LaneSouth.
