and being an officer of the City of Miami Beach and a recipient of public funds as such
officer, do hereby solemnly swear or affirm that I will support the Constitution of the United
States and the State of Florida, and that I will faithfully perform the duties of the Office of
City Commissioner (Group I) of the City of Miami Beach for which I have been elected. To
