HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 4165 RESOLUTION NO. 4163 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-294 DISTRICT SR-291 WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and adopted on the 10th day of November•, 1937 , ordered the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-29N District SR-294 and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as required by the City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the 1st day of December, 19 37 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement , and no objections having been presented at the time and place aforesaid, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewwr Improvement SR-294 , District SR-294 , be and the same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of 8 730.62 is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Funds , the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed with City forces without contract.
