This exciting project is an innovative study to understand and communicate the value of our stormwater resilience investments. At the kickoff, the consultant team (Attachment 1) met with me, the resilience team from my office as well as several departments, including Building, Communications, Environment and Sustainability, Finance, Human Resources, Planning and Public Works to provide their perspectives and expertise. The purpose of the kickoff meeting was to share information about the project (scope, objectives, intended outcomes, points of engagement), gather information from City staff about the needs of the primary audience for the results, and to ensure the consultant team was aware of any additional information, data, or other resources.
