The Transportation, Parking and Bicycle-Pedestrian Facilities Committee
(TPBPFC) met on Monday April 8th and unanimously passed the below motions:
Bike Lanes
The TPBPFC asks that in order to help reduce the cost of enhanced bike lanes,
any priority of installation of bike lanes/enhanced bicycle-pedestrian corridors,
be brought to the TPBPFC for vetting.
Venetian Causeway Bridge
The TPBPFC recommends that the Mayor& City Commission approve the
lockdown of the Venetian Causeway Bridge (East Bridge) during morning rush:
7a to 10a and afternoon rush: 4p to 7p, Monday-Friday.
As an advisory Committee, we would greatly appreciate your consideration on
these motions.
