SUBJECT: Resident Information Line Acti tion for Super Bowl
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to share details regarding the activation of resident
information tools that will be available during the Super Bowl.
Effective January 25 - February 1, 2020, for residents that have questions pertaining to impacts
during the Super Bowl in the City of Miami Beach, the Office of Marketing and Communications
is setting up a Super Bowl resident and business hotline. Anyone with questions can call 305-
604-CITY (2489). The hours of operation will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Additionally, there has been a website created with all of the information related to city services,
traffic impacts, parking and many other important details, which is easily located by clicking on
the green bar at the top of the home page of the website or by visiting
www.miamibeachfl.gov/superbowl.
Residents are also encouraged to sign up for traffic text messages by sending "MBTraffic" to
888777 and follow both the City Twitter @MiamiBeachNews and the Police Department Twitter
@MiamiBeachPD for up-to-date information during.
