SUBJECT: Pre-Election Test of the Automatic Tabulating Equipment (Logic and
Accuracy Test) and Canvassing Board Schedule
Pursuant to Florida Statutes §§101.5612(2) and 102.141, attached please find the time
and location of the public Pre-Election Test of the Automatic Tabulating Equipment (Logic
and Accuracy Test) and the Canvassing Board Schedule indicating the time and place
during which the Canvassing Board will meet to canvass the absentee electors' ballots
and provisional ballots for the November 5, 2019 Miami Beach General and Special
Elections and the November 19, 2019 Run-Off Election (if needed). The Logic and
Accuracy Test and the meetings of the Canvassing Board to canvass the absentee
electors' ballots and provisional ballots will be held at the Miami-Dade County Department
of Elections, located at 2700 NW 87 Avenue, Miami, FL. Please note that the schedule is
subject to change, if needed.
The Canvassing Board, or designee, shall convene and certify the accuracy of the test,
which shall be open to the public.

with respect to any matter considered at a meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings
and therefore will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
