the Building Department Violation Section in writing upon request.
You have the right to appeal this decision of the Building Official to the Unsafe Structures Board i n
accordance with Chapter 8, section 8-5 of the Miami-Dade County Code. Failure to comply by the
due date will result in the Building Official requesting a hearing before the Unsafe Structures Board
on the next available calendar. Unless the decision of the Unsafe Structures Board is appealed,
the building or structure shall be demolished without further notice.
Violation will not be closed until final inspection is obtained in the related permits to close the case.
