Amer,dment Ne. 4 to the Ag,eemer.t, deilneating the `erms ard conditions for the activatior. ar.d
City�ponsorship of the 2C19 Ar�nuai Show, �nrhich took place N1ay 25-26, 2019, ir.cludir�.g the City's
payment of a maximum not to exceed amourt of$ 35G, C00.�0 for Evert-related pubiic services,
as well as a City wa�ver of special event permit fees estimated to total $154,G6�.u0;
1�lIHEREAS, due to the CUV!D-19 pandemic, on or about April 6. 2C20, in c;onsuitation
with tne Produeer, ?he City exercised the force majeure provision of the Agreeme^t and cancelled
the 20�G Ar.nual Show:
WHEREAS, on 5eptember 3, 2024; the City and Producer executed that certain
Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement, extending the term of the Agreement to include the 2025-
2027 Ar.nual Shows. ar:d �roviding for the City's maximum contribution of �350,OOQ in
ever.E-related City services perAnrual Show, along with the��vaiver of special event fees, �ummus
Park user fees, and square faotage fees as estabfished �y the Citv;

Amerdment No. 7 to the Agreement, providing that the Citys maximum annual contribution of
$350,000 will cor.tinue to reimburse evert-related Gty services and,for the 2026 event only. may
also reimburse concert productior costs associated vvith the Hyundai Air & Sea Shevu kickoff to
