A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY
ADMINISTRATION TO PROMOTE JSALUD! MIAMI THROUGH THE
CITY'S OFFICIAL SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS AND
COMMUNICATIONS PLATFORMS, IN ORDER TO SUPPORT LOCAL
BUSINESSES AND CELEBRATE MIAMI BEACH'S HOSPITALITY
WORKERS.
WHEREAS, iSalud! Miami Cocktail Month returns this October with a robust,
month -long lineup of cocktail specials, neighborhood events, and community -focused
programming designed to highlight the people and establishments that shape Miami
Beach's thriving hospitality scene; and
WHEREAS, the initiative invites both residents and visitors to explore Miami
Beach's diverse bar culture through curated drink experiences, bartender -led storytelling,
and special events across some of the region's most vibrant destinations; and
WHEREAS, iSalud! Miami is more than a cocktail festival — the initiative is rooted
in strengthening and uplifting the hospitality workforce by creating opportunities for
meaningful engagement between guests, bartenders, restaurants, and bars that
contribute to the cultural vibrancy of Miami Beach; and
WHEREAS, the promotion of iSalud! Miami aligns with the City's goal of
supporting small businesses and celebrating the essential contributions of Miami Beach's
hospitality employees; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City
Commission hereby direct the City Administration to promote iSalud! Miami through the City's
official social media channels and communications platforms, in order to support local businesses
and celebrate Miami Beach's hospitality workers.
