A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI BEACH
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRMAN AND AGENCY SECRETARY TO RENEW
THE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH FOR THE PERIOD OF FEBRUARY
1, 1988, THROUGH JANUARY 31, 1989.
WHEREAS, the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency is
desirous of continuing the management service relationship
between the City of Miami Beach and Redevelopment Agency for the
period of one (1) year from February 1, 1988, through January 31,
1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MIAMI BEACH
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, that the Chairman and the Secretary are
authorized to renew the existing Management Agreement between the
City of Miami Beach and Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency,
providing for services to the Agency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1988.
