Last year, two of my clients filed a lawsuit against the City of Miami Beach regarding the short term rental
issue. In order to qualify for appointment to a City Committee or Board, I have resigned as counsel to those
plaintiffs--Villazzo and 10 Palm LLC--effective as of December 31, 2008. I, therefore, have no conflicts of interest
in this regard.
