CD containing Plans and Specifications; 6. CD containing revised information per Addendum No. 1; 7. CD containing revised information per Addendum No. 2; 8. CD containing Technical Review Panel interviews with companies; 9. Technical Review Panel scoring sheets; 10. Bid Tabulation.
