As you requested at the City Commission meeting of April 22~d, 2009, please find attached the
following documents for the (3) three bidders (Central Florida Equipment Rentals, Ric-Man
International and MCM) that were under consideration and discussion at said City Commission
meeting:
1. Invitation to Bid No. 17-08/09 and Addendums 1 through 4;
2. Bids received;
3. Risk Assessment Plans and Value Added Submittals;
4. Past PerFormance Surveys;
5. CD containing Plans and Specifications;
6. CD containing revised information per Addendum No. 1;
7. CD containing revised information per Addendum No. 2;
8. CD containing Technical Review Panel interviews with companies;
9. Technical Review Panel scoring sheets;
10. Bid Tabulation.
Given that the Cone of Silence is still in effect, should you have any questions or need additional
information, please submit your questions in writing, with a copy to the City Clerk in order to meet
the Cone of Silence Ordinance requirements.
