NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. All dedications or offers to dedicate
heretofore made to the public of land or water for
public rights of way, parks, canals or other public
-- as on ma
purposes-whatsoever shown n ps or plats of the
II I unincorporated area of Dade County heretofore ad-
mitted to record, or any amendments or revisions
thereof, which have not previously been accepted are
approved and accepted.
Section 24 The foregoing approval and accept-
ance is without obligation to Dade County to main-
tain or improve such areas until and unless this
Board finds and determines that the public interest
and available funds warrant such construction, im-
provement, or maintenance.
Section 3. The Clerk of this Board is directed
to evidence. such acceptance and approval upon the
public records by appropriate notation in accordance
with Section .2, Chapter 27027 Laws of Florida 1951.
Section 4. The County Engineer is directed to
furnish such assistance as is necessary or requested
by the Clerk in performing the, provisions of the pre-
ceding paragraph.
The Chairman thereupon declared the Resolution
duly adopted and passed this 12th day of January, 1960.

I transmit herewith for your records Warranty Deed from
Charles Donner, et al, conveying to the City Lot 23, FIRST
OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION OF MIAMI BEACH BAY SHORE COMPANY, Plat
Book 9, Page 78. I also transmit herewith Quit -Claim Deed to
the City covering the same property, executed by Arthur J.
Kline, et ux. Please acknowledge receipt of these instruments.
I have heretofore transmitted to you Warranty Deed executed by
Charles Donner, et al, covering Lots 24 and 25 of the said
Subdivision.
The Agreement under which the City agreed to buy these
three lots has now been fully carried out and the City is now
the full owner of this property, free and clear of all encumb-
rances, with the exception of a claim between Pan American Bank
Company and Charles Donner, et al, which is still being
litigated, but does not affect the City's title in any way.
