Responsible for providing contract advisory services to government contractors and
attorneys in the practice of government contract law, including interpreting and
applying procurement regulations and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), evaluating
contract-related accounting and management systems, pricing of claims, training, and
litigation support services. Expert witness on contract accounting, costs, pricing, and
administration issues and assisted in the preparation of cross-examination, briefs, and
