i. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS , that T. DAVID PARRACK and
STELLA E. PARRACK, his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar -($1. 00) to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and other good and valuable considerations, do hereby
grant and convey unto the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, a Florida municipal cor-

An easement and right-of-way to lay, install
and maintain storm sewers over and under the
following described land, situate, lying and
being in the City of Miami Beach, County of
Dade, State of Florida, to wit:

The northeasterly five (5) feet of that certain
tract of land described as follows:
All of Lot 21; less a northeasterly portion thereof,
as per "Corrected Plat of Star IslandF4 , in Miami
i Beach, as recorded in Plat Book- 31, at Page 60
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, together
with a 10 foot contiguous strip adjacent thereto,
as recorded in Deed Book 1858, Page 377 , Public
i Records of Dade County, Florida, said northeasterly
portion of said Lot 21, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the dividing line
{ I' between Lots 21 and 46 , with the northerly line
of West Drive (now West Star Island Drive) ,as same
is shown -on a plat entitled,"Corrected Plat of
Star Island" .. as recorded 'in Plat Book 31, Page 60,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, .,run north-
westerly along the dividing line between° said Lots
21 and 46 , said dividing line being radial, a dis-
tance of 400 feet to a point on the northerly line
of original Lots 21 and 46, Star Island, thence run
northwesterly along the northerly line of said Lot
j 21, along the arc of a circular curve deflecting to
the left, having for its elements a central angle of
60-02' -06t1 , a radius of 500 feet , a distance of 52. 665
feet to a point, thence run southeasterly along a line
radial to the last mentioned curve, a distance of 400
feet to a point on the southerly line of said Lot 21,,
thence run northeasterly, along the southerly line of
` said Lot 21, along the':,.,arc of a circular curve deflect-
ing to the right, having. for its elements a central
angle of 60-02' -06" , a radius of 100 feet , a distance
of 10.533 feet, to - the point of beginning of the tract
of land herein described,containing 12,640 sq. ft. or
0. 290 acres , more or less..

Jogether with all rights of free ingress and egress
to, in, upon and under said land, to do all that may
be reasonable, proper and necessary for the purpose
of installing, repairing and maintaining such storm
sewers.
