• Community Association Manager—
o Managed the start up of a new condominium to Continental Group; implemented corporate polices
and procedures.
• Working with the association's engineer and contractor to begin extensive life safety structural
repairs to the entire physical 562 Unit Building.
• Work with the Board of Directors and Association counsel placing the association into receivership
work with the Receiver to inventory delinquent units; identifying units to be placed under his control
• Successfully managed Pool Deck Expansion Joint Replacement(20,000 sq/ft) and thru deck
repairs. Successfully managed the replacement of Boiler Floor 26 floors above an fully occupied
216 unit building, while maintaining hot water supply to all units over a period of six months;
