Manage the day-to-day activities of a real estate development company that utilizes the EB-5 Visa program - a
federal program that allows foreign nationals to obtain permanent residency in the U.S. in return for investing in a job-
creating venture – to finance its developments. Currently working on several developments in South Florida that are
mainly residential multi-family focused. The largest is a $210M mixed-use development in Hollywood, FL that is
spread over two city blocks which is proposed for 626 residential units, 104-room hotel, and over 85,000 SF of retail
that includes a Publix Supermarket.

Successfully launched a real estate development and investment company for a prominent local family. Conceived a
long-term growth strategy and vision for the company. Responsibilities included underwriting all acquisition,
development, and disposition of real estate assets and leading an in-house development team of architects,
engineers, consultants, and contractors. Accomplishments include repositioning a $380 million local and international
real estate portfolio and increasing value by over $120 million.
