As Project Director,Charlestown Urban Renewal Project,Boston,MA,modified earlier demolition plans and formulated rehabilitation
plans that preserved sections later designated as Historic Districts: Monument Square Historic District and Town Hill Historic District.
As Project Director,Shaw Urban Renewal Project,Washington,D.C.,formulated financing programs enabling properties to be retained
versus demolished,supporting later designation of the Logan Circle Historic District and the Fourteenth Street Historic District,and in part,
the Mount Vernon Square Historic District.
Drafted and advocated several ordinances that were enacted enhancing Miami Beach Historic districts.
Researched and presented testimony,written and oral,on numerous Historic District land development applications,Miami Beach, 1996
through present,as well as(pro Bono)neighborhood advocacy before all the city's Land Use boards,city commission committees and city
