Scott Robins is the Founder of Scott Robins Companies, ). Since 1988, Mr.
Robins has grown his company into a mid-size, vertically-integrated Real Estate
Development firm, specializing in development, construction, leasing and commercial
property management.
A pacesetter in the re-emergence of South Beach, Mr. Robins stresses the public and
private sector process with respect to the development of real estate.

Mr. Robins owns commercial real estate throughout South Florida most of which is
Miami. His properties consist of office, retail, hotel and residential space in prime
locations and represent some of the most noteworthy real estate in the area.
Scott Robins spent the first phase of his business life constructing many of the areas
landmark projects as a general contractor. He did so while at the same time dedicating
his time and efforts as a community activist and preservationist in the City of Miami
Beach. He has been and continues to be an instrumental figure in shaping the Cit
future. It is because of his efforts as well as the many other people he has collaborated
with over the years that Miami Beach enjoys its international reputation as one of the
most important cities in the world.
Mr. Robins efforts are now focused in the direction of constructing better
neighborhoods where his projects become the catalysts for the transformation of
blighted forgotten urban areas into newly important metropolitan centers.
Most recently, he has been one of the driving forces behind the transformation of the
Sunset Harbour district in Miami Beach from what was a light industrial district into a
neighborhood fri
time residents and visitors from around the world.
Mr. Robins is widely regarded in the media, with many articles and stories detailing his
work. His professional accomplishments have been awarded with Certificates of
Appreciation Public Service Awards by the City of Miami Beach; Historical Revitalization
Award by the Miami Design Preservation League; Award for Excellence in Architecture for
a Contractor by the American Institute of Architecture; and Award for Public Service from
The Women of Tomorrow.
