Experience
Gumenick Properties à Co Chairman, Co Owner 1985 - Present
Development à IÈve been involved with the land planning, landscape design, architectural planning from
schematic to construction drawings, cost analysis, marketing, financing and sales of 10 - 12 multifamily
residential rental and for sale communities. I moved to Miami Beach in 1996
Floridian apartment building, which included my involvement in eplenty more.
Currently, IÈve been involved in the planning and execution of a total rehabilitation of the 1960 vintage
apartment building, Southgate Towers. Both building are on West Avenue between 6 th and 10 th streets here in
Miami Beach. We are also building a 220 unit and a 238 unit medium density for sale luxur
development in Richmond, Va.. We just broke ground on an 80 acre h
which will include 2,000 residential units, a minimum of 200,000
regional library, a 40,000 s.f. gourmet grocer, a Wawa service station.
Property Management à IÈve worked in management, leasing, collections and maintenance for 5 of our rental
communities in the late 1980Ès and early 1990Ès. We currently ow
apartment units in both Florida and Virginia.
