In accordance with Resolution 2014-28496, the Miami Beach City Commission, in order to provide
greater efficiency and streamline the functioning of City Boards and Committees, deemed it
necessary to disband the Fine Arts Board effective September 30, 2014. A copy of said
Resolution is available at the following link:

On behalf of the Mayor and City Commissioners, I want to express my gratitude for your service on
the Fine Arts Board. Your dedication and participation were most helpful. I encourage you to apply
to other City Boards or Committees, so that you may continue your service to the City.
If you are interested in joining another City Board or Committee, we will help you expedite the
application process. If you send an e-mail to selectaboard Cc�miamibeachfl.gov, with the subject line
"New Board Selection," and the body of the e-mail containing 1) your full name, 2) your telephone
number and 3) the names of up to three Boards or Committees that you are interested in serving,
we will forward the information to the Mayor and Commissioners for consideration.
Please note that although the Fine Arts Board will sunset on September 30, 2014, your parking
decal will remain active through December 31, 2014.
