Restores and/or directs restoration to the NEER transmission/substation system, evaluates and processes generation, transmission and substation
equipment clearance requests consistent with system reliability; writes switching orders and all clearance related paperwork, ensures the proper
and safe release of clearances before placing equipment back in service, assesses both real time power flow and next day operations forecasts to
identify and mitigate potential system issues; informs management of emergencies affecting the reliability or economics of the power system; train
other Transmission System Operators to meet the requirements of NERC / Region / NEER System Operations
Supervises and directs all daily operational activities of NEER Control Room; fulfill the requirements and coordination activities of the regional
