As president of Kanter Corporation my duties included management of all
accounting functions for various entities under the Kanter Family control.
Oversaw the construction and development of over 300,000 feet of office
warehouse property. Developed Condominiums in the southern United
States in the Birmingham, Alabama and Chattanooga and Tennessee
markets. Managed a staff of five internal employees, property managers, and
office staff.
BNC Mortgage Inc. Plantation, FL 1998 — 2000
Branch Manager
BNC Mortgage, a premier residential lender specialized in the then-newly
created market of sub-prime lending. As Branch Manager of the Plantation,
Florida office, I oversaw a staff of fifteen employees. Responsible for
management of the sales force, underwriting, processing, and funding
departments. In addition to my duties, I made extensive outside sales calls to
real estate professionals throughout Miami Dade County. Under my tenure,
we experienced extremely low default and delinquency ratios in connection
with the loans originated. The Plantation Branch was considered one of the
best performing branches in the country. I was named Top Sales person for
two consecutive years for the Eastern Region of the company
AmeriCredit Mortgage Services, Miami, FL 1996- 1998

Account Manager
First originator hired in South Florida for AmeriCredit, a nationally known
automobile lender, that entered the residential real estate lending market
across the United States. Directly responsible for the development of the
South Florida territory. Created a mortgage broker network for the company
where there was no presence prior to my involvement. Assisted mortgage
brokers in evaluating credit risk and built a reliable pipeline source for both
the brokers and the company.
Bank of Florida in Miami, Miami, FL 1990- 1996
President & Chief Executive Officer
Elected President and C.E.O. by the board of directors of the bank at the
Organizational Meeting in 1990. Responsible for the entire operation of this
FDIC Insured, State Stock Chartered Commercial Bank. Reported directly to
the Chairman of the Board and had an active role in the Executive, Lending,
Asset/Liability Management, and Investment Committees. Involved in the day-
to-day operations of the bank, and insured that the internal controls were
being followed and monitored. Lead director of the bank's strategic planning
initiatives. Negotiated a successful sale of the bank to BankUnited, F.S.B. as
their first acquisition. Member of the Board of Directors.
Bank of Florida in Miami, Miami, FL 1989 — 1990
Executive Vice President
Reported directly to the President of the bank and interacted on a daily basis
with the Chief Financial Officer and Cashier to facilitate the goals and
objectives of the Board of Directors. Member of the Executive and Loan
Committees. Responsible for the coordination of the business development
activities of the bank, including deposit gathering and the solicitation of both
residential and commercial loans. Managed the areas of internal control
implementation, loan procedures, loan administration, as well as personnel
