her 30 year career span. Beth began her real estate career with her own boutique real
estate company and which led to her first hotel condo conversion, The David Williams
Hotel. In 1991, she held theDistrict Sales Management position with The Keyes
Company and in 1994, Beth movedto Esslinger,Wooten,Maxwellas the Sales Manager
of the Coral Gables office. In her years at EWM, Beth moved up to General Manager
and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer. Beth was instrumental to t

the Development sales Divisionwhichsuccessfullyinitiated and managed sales of over
$2 billion in residential and commercial condominium sales, new construction and
condo conversions.

establishing it as the most trafficked real estate website in South Florida. She also
developed a CRM, sales tracking program for development sales, aintranet site with
dashboard (one of the first of itskind) and various other marketing and sales platforms.

Butler Group Consulting. The group focuses on assisting luxury
and developments achieve operational excellence through organic growth, merger and
acquisition or repositioning. The consulting group also worked

In 2014, Beth partnered with developer Alianza Trinity Holdings
Creek Sales Group which went on to sell the 1,500 plus homesites, homes and cottages
at the Brights Creek Residential Golf and Equestrian Club in welina.
During this time, Beth alsoserved as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing
for the parent company wherein she opened a resale office in Tryon, NC to take
advantage of the influx of second home buyers that werecoming into the Tryon
International Equestrian Center.
In 2015, Beth has recently joined Compass, a technology-driven real estate platform
based in New York, as President and leader of the companys expansion intothe South
Florida market. As a forerunner and prominent expert in real estate technology, Beth
