NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a public hearing will be held by the Mayor and City Commissioners of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, in the Commission Chamber, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 1700 Convention
Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, June 8, 2018, at the 16:35 a.m., or as soon
thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider:
A Resolution Authorizing A Waiver From The Land Development Regulations,
By A 517 Vote Of The City Commission, After Public Hearing, Pursuant To Suction
142- 425 (d) And (e}, Of The City's Code, For Thu Allison Park Project, Located At 6475
Collins Avenue In Order To Obtain A Waiver Of Section 142 - 802(31, Of The City Code,
In Order To Reduce The Required Rear Setback From 10 Feet From The Bulkhead Line
To Ten 110) Inches, In Order To Construct A Permanent Bench Structure As Part Of The
Proposed Playground Design.

continued, and under such circumstances, additional legal notice need not be provided.
