NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a First Reading, Public Hearing, will be heard by the Mayor
and City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, in the Commission Chamber, 3'
City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, on October 19, 2016
at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider the adoption
of the following Ordinance:
An Ordinance Amending The Code Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, By
Amending Chapter 142, "Zoning Districts And Regulations," Article II, "District
Regulations," Division 18 "PS Performance Standard District" And Chapter 114,
"General Provisions," By Amending Sections 142 -698 And 142 -699 Regarding
Maximum Building Height Arid Setbacks Requirements For The CPS -2 District;
Amending Section 114 -1 Regarding Definitions; Providing For Codification;
Repealer; Severabllity; An Effective Date; And A Sunset Date.
This Ordinance is being heard pursuant to Section 118 -164 of the City's Land Development

INTERESTED PARTIES are Invited to appear at this meeting, or be represented by an
agent, or to express their views In writing addressed to the City Commission, 0/0 the City
