streetlighting of arterial sts. will perform the
design work thereon; advance the funds for

vapor lights . Discussion of lighting systems
in residential areas deferred to 3/7/73 at
11:30 made by Mgr. and approved. 2/21/73
Report on cost differential between Mercury
Vapor and Sodium vapor systems for primarily
residential areas, covered in contract awarded
by Council 1/17/73, but not executed. Subject
withdrawn by Mgr. Will be rescheduled with all
new data for Council's actions. 3/7/73
