law for declaratory judgment against Dade Co.
regarding Rapid Transit, (deferred from 1/16/80).
Withdrawn by Mayor Meyeron. City Atty, requested
to proceed with suit. Workshop meeting scheduled
for Tuesdy, 2/12/80, at 3:00 p.m. with Metro -
Dade Co. Transit System representatives to discuss
bus service within City in relation to efficiency

missioner Weinstein reiterated request that Ad-
ministration and City Atty. proceed with obtain-
ing participation by County in funding of ser-
vices the City presently provides for facilities
