V. M. Meyerson referred to an article that 5/7/75 appeared in the Miami Herald regarding a TAXES (cont' d) memorandum written by the Miami City Mgr. to be considered by the City Commissioners to the ef- fect that the City taxpayers are sharing the burden for Co. services provided only to Dade's unincorporated areas and suggesting that new municipal service taxing units might be created to spread the burden more evenly, and requested that the Admin. determine whether M.B. is in the same position as the City of Miami and whether M. B. is in the same position as the City of Miami and whether M.B. can be of any assistance to Miami in this matter. Mayor Rosen advised that he had been in contact with Mayor Ferre and V. M.
