He said that, per Council's direc- tions, he had held a meeting with Mr. Novack and City Mgr. concerning the $272,502.83 delinquent taxes (which included interest), but that City Mgr. indicated he was not disposed to accepting the $75,000.00 offer of settlement that had TAXES (continued) been made by Mr. Novack.
