site for a 40 -unit tennis court complex. In re-
sponse to Councilman Meyerson's question as to
the effect of the Council's action, at this
time, on the petition submitted by Mrs. Falk
concerning limitation of bond issues to $250,000
City Atty. advised that should the referendum
question carry, its effect would not be retro-
active, and would apply only to future bond
issues.
Mr. Jay Kovler appeared and requested to be
heard concerning operation of City's tennis
facilities on a pro concession basis. City Mgr.
