of P. A. On recommendation of Mr. Stanley Ross,
Financial Consultant, and City Atty. Res. #75-
14745, authorizing the issuance of $10M Excise
Tax Bonds, was amended to provide for the is-
suance of $1,7M Excise Tax Bonds for the pur-
pose of Theatre of P. A. only; and to provide
for a change in the maturity schedule of the
bonds to be sold. Res. #76-14942 adopted.

re: carpeting and orchestra pit - Theatre of
P.A. requested action be taken so as to pro-
vide expeditious installation of carpeting, in
view of forthcoming premiere. Contractor ap-
peared and indicated that union has installation
crew ready to begin work immediately. Discussion
of proposed changes to orchestra pit, as suggested
by Mr. Bufman, not reached.
Mrs. Mildred Falk appeared and suggested that- 2/4/76
service bar be placed to a side of the entrance;
that rest room signage be clarified; that consider-
ation be given to using a portion of funds set
aside for art in public buildings, for a mosaic
tile mural.
