for $25,000 subsidy for summer season at TOPA,
& advises that without substantial review of
financial date & audits, he would not be inclined
to recommend same. C'man Meyerson requests City
Attorney to review contract to ascertain whether
summer dates are covered, & in the event Mr. Buf-
man indicates he will not produce summer shows,
whether it is possible to seek another producer
for summer series. (Pg. 31).
