No. 1891 to establish a new hotel -motel district and new area district MF -11. Following amendments approved prior to second reading: Item C -"Minimum Lot Area" increased from 5,000 to 10,000 sq. ft.; Item Di- Minimum Lot Width" increased from 50 to 100 ft. Council requested the recommendation of the Planning Bd. that the proposed Hotel -Motel (H -M) District regulations, include provision for a Review Bd. to approve plans for proposed hotels and motels, to be placed on future agenda. 4/17/74
