tion that Central Taxi 1) exceeds existing land-
scaping, policing and cleanliness requirements;
2) engages in public relations work with the
neighboring property owners, and 3) will assure
concerned service station operators that Central
does not intend to compete with them. Councilman
Weinstein referred to powers of Planning & Zoning
Director, under Sec. 7-1 of Zoning Ord. author-
izing revocation of permits for conditional uses
when permittees fail to comply with conditions of
approval or applicable regulations, and 11/3/76
