Askew requesting adoption of pro- lamation resolving to support the State and Governor's Highway Safety Commission in accomplishing goal of reducing traffic fatal- ities. City attorney requested to prepare an approp- riate resolution. The Council considered the communication from Planning Board advising of its intention to hold in abeyance any parking or traffic pro- posals presented to them until the Wilbur Smith report is completed.
