report from City Mgr re lights on Collins
from Bath Club, down, and coordination of
present lights on Collins.
City Manager requested to investigate
complaint made by Mr. Hyman Lieberman
that tickets still being issued for
parking in Loading zones. Councilman
Haber suggested that signs be re -marked;
that those people who have been given
tickets should be given relief.

Mayor Hall submitted communication from
jov. Askew requesting adoption of pro-
lamation resolving to support the State
and Governor's Highway Safety Commission in
accomplishing goal of reducing traffic fatal-
ities.
City attorney requested to prepare an approp-
riate resolution.
The Council considered the communication from
Planning Board advising of its intention to
hold in abeyance any parking or traffic pro-
posals presented to them until the Wilbur
Smith report is completed.
Council voted to request Planning Bd. to hold
