of traffic lights on Washington Ave. and upon
being advised by City Manager a new computerized
traffic signal system is scheduled to be in-
stalled by Metro, asked that City Mgr. report
back at next meeting as to date. 2/20/74
Councilman Dr. Haber requested the Admin.
to again vigorously pursue the installation
of a traffic signal adjacent to Muss Park.

Elementary School PTA for City cooperation
with Metro so as to install pedestrian

Co. to install a pedestrian actuated traffic
signal on Chase Ave. between No. Beach Ele-
mentary School and Muss Park. Requested by
Councilman Weinstein. Councilman Spaet di-
rected City Mgr. to request Metro traffic
officials to be especially sensitive to needs
of M.B. at certain locations because of
elderly population.
