palities.

Consideration of amendment to Sec. 45-4(b), 9/3/75
of City Code, relating to rate charged to
Municipal purchasers of water supply from
City, including consideration of cost of
development, construction, improvement and
operation of City's water system, reserves,
related matters incurred in operating water
system, determination of just, equitable
and reasonable water rates to be charged to
municipal purchasers. Hearing commenced at
2:30 p.m. and was continued to 7:30 p.m. when
it resumed. Hearing conducted and continued
to 9/17/75 at 4:00 p.m. City Mgr. and Admin.
Staff to sit with representatives of cities
in an effort to work out a fair solution as
