Water rate hearing held and concluded 9/24/75
Res. #75-14828 adopted unanimously, setting 9/25/75
forth that pursuant to the direction and man-
date of the opinion and judgment of the Third
District Court of Appeal, public hearings were
held on 9/3/75 and 9/24/75, and City Council,
having heard all testimony and after fully
considering same, has found that a fair legal,
equitable and reasonable rate of return to City
to outlying municipalities, is 48 per 1,000
gallons of water, and authorizing and directing
City Atty. to prepare an appropriate amendment
to Code, in ord. form, setting forth the findings
