Councilman Weinstein reported that he and Coun- 3/19/75
cilman Meyerson met with the City Mgr. to pro-
vide a suitable memorial for Mayor Chuck Hall
and recommended that the Youth Center be named
in his memory and that Metro Dade Co. and the
Boy Scout Council of S. Fla. be invited to
participate in dedication of the Youth Center.
