following action with regard to Youth Center,
fees and participants - LTC No. 87-78, to be
effective during holiday period from Dec. 18
thru Dec. 29, 1978:
1) Waiver of all applicable fees.
2) Extension of age limit from 18 to 21 years.

Memo #7400, request from United Transportation
Union to partially waive fees for usage to
M.13. Youth Center. $10 -per -child fee approved
for period of June 10-30, 1979, which covers use
of gymnasium, swimming pool, and game room. Ad-
ditional fees will be charged as follows: skate
and bowling shoe rental - 25, pinball machines -
25, all special instruction classes - regular
fees. (See Recreation Dept.)
Memo #7414, waive age limits and fees at Youth 3/21/79
Center for Adult Retardation Program (requested
by Commissioner Friedman). Ms. Nina Cohen, volun-
teer with Program, appeared and advised that this
was a 10 -week program which will end 4/14/79 and
