ments. Taxpayers Association approves Phase III
report in principle. Planning & Zoning to work
out sketches for possible development of lots re.
requirements as proposed by Development Commission,
and to note suggestion made re. architect's state-
ment upon completion that structure built within
plans submitted. High-rise parking statistics to
be submitted to Council. City Attorney to report
on consideration of return on investment in land
