Council adopted resolution 13625 for hearing on Sept. 6,'72 at 3 P.M.to consider amending zoning ord. to impose height limitation on properties in report. 6/7/72 nNING Report presented that Planning Bd. recommend approval of Chamber of Commerce Hospitality & Briefing Center on Collins Ave. opposite Doral Beach Hotel. Council voted to accept Planning Bd. recommendation. Councilman Weinstein pointed out this approval was conditioned on Chamber meeting all sanitary, governing codes and regulations. Councilman Haber se,id his vote against this meant matter should be delayed to evaluate a report from Mgr. and his staff. 6/7/72 Jim McDonnell, Chamber Pres., assured Council nothing will be done until all problems have been resolved. 1098.
